PAYMENT METHOD - Irrevocable, Non
Transferable Sight L/C issued by a reputable bank. If the order is
for a twelve-month term, the L/C term is revised to include
Revolving (Irrevocable, Non Transferable, Sight)
SAMPLES - Available upon request.
Sample is free in 1 or 2 lb kilo bag. Buyer pays for courier
cost.
COMMISSION PAYMENT - Agent adds a
margin on top of the price offered. Usually a 2 1/2 to 3 % is the
suggested commission since it's likely the Buyer would enter into a
term contract. The commission payment could be included as an
addendum in the sales and purchase contract between Buyer and
Seller. Should a new contract be renewed upon expiry, the
commission payment would similarly be included.
Alternatively, the Seller would provide a letter of
guarantee to the Agent to pay the agreed commission by wire as
directed.

company appointed agent to inspect products before
shipment
